Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Methods
We offer the following shipping options for domestic (U.S.) orders:
- Standard Shipping (5–10 business days): Free on all orders
- Expedited Shipping (3–5 business days): Available at checkout for an additional fee
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or customs processing.
Multiple Packages for Multi-Item Orders
If you ordered more than one product, your items may arrive in separate packages and at different times. This is completely normal and is a result of sourcing and fulfillment regulations specific to the supplement industry. Each package will include its own tracking number, and you'll be notified as each shipment is dispatched. Rest assured — if you ordered it, it's on its way.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status. If your tracking hasn't updated within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please reach out to us at herbalessentials705@gmail.com and we'll look into it.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We're working on expanding to additional countries — stay tuned.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your order shows as delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check around your delivery area, with neighbors, and at any secondary entrances.
- Allow 48 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered slightly before actual drop-off.
- If it still hasn't turned up, contact us at herbalessentials705@gmail.com with your order number and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
