30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unopened and in its original, sealed packaging
- In the same condition you received it
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number)
Opened products are not eligible for return due to health and safety regulations. However, if you experience a quality issue with an opened product — such as damage during shipping, a broken seal upon arrival, or a defective item — please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at herbalessentials705@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different product, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Opened or used supplements
- Items purchased during a clearance or final-sale promotion
- Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at herbalessentials705@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
